Supreme Court Allows National Testing Agency to Declare NEET UG 2021 Results

Across India nearly 16 Lakh students written NEET UG 2021. Supreme Court on Thursday allow National Testing Agency (NTA) to declare the result for admission to undergraduate medical courses across the country. The Top court state the Bombay High Court recent order asking the National Testing Agency not to declare the NEET Results and conduct re-exam for two aspirants who’s question papers and OMR sheets had got mixed up at center at Maharashtra.

Results of 16 Lakh Students can not been put on hold for two students top court observed. Supreme Court also said it will decide what happens to the two students on re-opening after diwali occasion. In an unprecedented order Bombay High Court On October 20th, 2021 directed the national testing agency to hold fresh examination for the two students and declare the results.
