Ministry of Cultural Government of India issued guidelines for holding cultural event/ activities in virtual online mode under Kala Sanskriti Vikas Yojana. Here it is the guidelines take a look follow the guidelines. The artists/ organizations under KSVY schemes are encountered to conduct online programs/ festivals etc through virtual mode on social media.
The expenditure incurred on activities as reflected in the utilization certificate (UC) relating to the following schemes will be accepted for releases of grant i.e Repertory Grant (Training of artists by their respective gurus & performance of cultural activities.
National Presence: Cultural programmes/ festival/seminars etc. at national level for promotion of art & culture.
Cultural Function & Production Grant: Seminars, Workshops, Festivals, Drama-Theatre, Music etc & research projects on aspects of Indian Culture
