26th March 2020 Ke Mukhya Samachar: Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari says due to COVID-19 toll collections on national highways temporarily suspended. MORTH advises NHAI to follow MHA guidelines about Toll Plaza operations following LockDown in the wake of COVID-19 epidemic in the country & has started that commercial & private establishment shall be closed down for a period of 21 days from 25th March 2020. SARS-CoV-2(Covid-19) Testing Status Update: Indian council of medical research Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India released says As on 25th March 2020 8.00 PM IST a total of 25,144 samples from 24,254 individuals have been tested for SARS-CoV2.  A total of 581 individuals have been confirmed positive among suspected cases and contacts of known positives cases.
